Laura (aka Kiranjot) is a pragmatic teacher. Funny and friendly she shows how to apply the incredible teachings of Kundalini yoga to real life. She has taught Yoga in London for over a decade and reckons she can teach Kundalini yoga to anyone. The beauty of Kundalini is that the practice is very easily adaptable.
Laura says to come with an open mind, to quickly develop strength and stamina. Her classes are open level and everyone is welcome regardless of experience.
