Sarah Kelly was introduced to yoga during her time at drama school and found that when things felt hectic, yoga kept her mindful and calm. Sarah encourages lightheartedness throughout practice while always keeping the greater tradition at heart in a practical and relatable way. Sarah believes that absolutely everyone can reap the benefits of strengthening the connection to body and calming the mind through yoga.

Sarah teaches dynamic flow with a focus on making the classes inclusive at all levels.
