In this menopause yoga for hot flushes and hot emotions workshop we’ll explore the physiology of what’s going on, and the triggers that can aggravate these intense symptoms. This teachers workshop is intended to introduce Restorative yoga practices as part of a complete and balanced practice within a class. You will understand and experience the effects of restorative postures, so that you can include and sequence the practice within a movement based flow class. Yoga for Scoliosis with Adelene will teach you to understand how to practice with scoliosis, and explore therapeutic practices to release negative tension and tightness from a somatic approach. With open discussions held within a safe environment, Adelene will share her journey and experience growing up, living and practising with scoliosis.
